This bond also extends to customers, suppliers and the community, integrating them into the great ISM family. “We want to nurture that prosperous future and we do that from our plants, from the field (with customers in the warehouses) and from home,” said Cintya Añaños, general manager of ISM, during the launch of the ISM purpose in a virtual event aimed at employees in Peru and Chile.
The ISM purpose is based on three aspects: on the organizational growth (it marks the path of the strategies, in the sustainability (ISM's footprint in the world) and wellness (the common motivation that unites us as a team).
