Peruvian socio-environmental projects can now register for the 10th edition of Premios Verdes (Green Prizes)

Green Awards invites Peruvian socio-environmental projects from the public and private sectors to register free of charge for its 10th edition, which will be held in Miami from April 19-23, 2023.

Considered one of the largest sustainability platforms in Ibero-America, supporting and promoting the best socio-environmental projects worldwide, Premios Verdes is presented in the United States with the purpose of creating a movement with greater impact on the planet's environmental challenges and to continue being an engine to promote investment, training and the development of initiatives that contribute to achieving sustainable economies.

Approximately 18 thousand projects have so far benefited from the platform that provides access to sources of training, investment and development, as well as networking and connection opportunities with leaders who are transforming the world in sustainability. Green Awards has boosted sustainability cases of 1147 cities from 43 countries. And by 2023, it seeks to support 22,000 global initiatives.

Peru has been one of the countries with the best performance in the Green Awards, and in the last edition 3 projects brought awards to our country. Wired Amazon, qAIRa and Corazones Solidarios were winners in the categories: Biodiversity, Sustainable Cities and Human Development, respectively.

Entries for the Tenth Edition of Green Awards

The registration stage for projects for the tenth edition has already begun and will last until November 6, 2022, free of charge and through the website www.premiosverdes.org. For 2023 there are 11 categories that projects can choose according to their focus and register in a maximum of two categories. The tenth edition of the Green Awards celebrates its long history of supporting and promoting initiatives that aim to protect the planet and ensure a sustainable socioeconomic and environmental future. The event in Miami is a great opportunity to consolidate a stronger community worldwide.
