We continually seek to encourage more people to use returnable bottles and recycle their bottles, as in this opportunity together with our ally Tambo", Alberto Martos, Sustainability Manager of Arca Continental in Peru, mentioned.
David Valdivia, Institutional Relations Manager of Tiendas Tambo, added the following: "We are pleased and proud to have been part of this initiative undertaken by Arca Continental Lindley, as we have been able to perceive a genuine intention to be part of this recycling awareness chain in the country on the part of our employees and customers.
This initiative is carried out in partnership with the NGO Recicla LATAM, which involves municipal authorities of the aforementioned districts, who guarantee the correct segregation of waste together with recyclers' associations.
"This program is a success story in which we managed to increase recycling rates through the articulation between the government, the private sector and civil society.
