With this conviction, Pacasmayo celebrated a new edition of the Sustainable Fest 2025, an event that brought together employees from its different locations to reflect, learn and celebrate progress in sustainability.
During the day, the following were developed talks, fairs and participatory activities which highlighted how every small gesture can generate a large positive impact. These initiatives sought to strengthen environmental awareness and reaffirm that sustainability is built collectively.
One of the highlights of the Fest was the recognition to 200 employees who have become true ambassadors of Pacasmayo's sustainable culture. Their daily commitment demonstrates that change starts from within, and that every action counts to transform the environment.
