María Paula Duque has a successful career in the telecommunications and technology sector, having held senior management positions in companies such as ETB, Telecom, EPMBogotá, Avianca and FTI. She was Vice Minister of Communications of Colombia. She has been an independent member of several Boards of Directors such as the Bogota Chamber of Commerce, Internexa and Credibanco. She is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, with an MBA from Inalde de Bogotá, a Master's degree in communications management from Strathclyde University, England and a Master's degree in sustainability and circular economy.

Tim Christophersen joined Salesforce in May 2022 as VP of Climate Action, focusing on nature-based solutions to combat climate change. Previously, he led the 'Nature for Climate' branch at the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), driving the UN Decade for Ecosystem Restoration 2021-2030. He holds a degree in Forestry Engineering from the Technical University of Dresden and has held various positions in organizations such as the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).

Ecologist and biologist from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, specialist in environmental management from Universidad Externado de Colombia and Master in administration from Universidad de Medellín, with more than 8 years of professional growth in the leadership of sustainability processes and corporate innovation. She currently works as a specialist in sustainable agri-food chains and corporate transformation at WWF Colombia where she leads the design and implementation of sustainability strategies focused on good environmental practices in the retail, financial and other sectors; in order to include biodiversity conservation and increase business resilience. Additionally, she has extensive experience in the formulation and management of projects and developing communication plans for different stakeholders including corporate reporting.

He currently works as an independent senior consultant for several organizations. At Atmosfair, for example, he leads negotiations with host countries on corresponding adjustments and product development for a portfolio of "Paris-aligned" projects.

David Caro has an outstanding track record at Toyota del Perú, where he serves as Manager of Corporate Affairs and ESG. His experience as a director at the Automotive Association of Peru, Toyota's Marketing Manager for Latin America, and his previous role as an expatriate in Japan to lead the Colombian market at Toyota Motor Corporation have provided him with a comprehensive vision of the market, strengthening his ability to drive solid and sustainable business strategies. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He has also studied at renowned institutions such as MIT and EADA.

Sara Lemniei is the CEO of SLK Capital, with a focus on climate finance in emerging markets in LATAM, Asia and Africa. Prior to founding SLK Capital, Sara worked internationally in various institutions as an investor, investment banker and consultant. In addition, she currently sits on the board of the Liquidity and Sustainability Facility, designed by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, to support the liquidity of African sovereign Eurobonds and incentivize SDG-related investments. Sara graduated from ESCP Europe in Paris with a Master's degree in Finance.

Gerardo Moreno is the Wholesale Banking Credit Products Tribe Leader and Wholesale Banking Sustainability Sponsor at BCP. He has 15 years of banking experience. Prior to this position he worked in BCP's Commercial, Corporate, Multinational and Investment banking teams in Peru and Chile. Mr. Moreno holds an MBA from the London Business School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Lima.

Currently International Affairs Professional at ANDI's National Water and Biodiversity Center, working to promote corporate sustainability. Mauricio Castro has more than 20 years of global experience in land conservation and sustainable development. For two decades, he has been an integral part of The Nature Conservancy, an organization that has leveraged his passion for transforming conventional agriculture and ranching into regenerative models. During his tenure as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Forest Stewardship Council, Mauricio led its expansion into new global areas and contributed to the establishment of a center in Bonn, Germany. His leadership has forged trusted relationships across diverse cultures, geographies and disciplines.

Maria Aguilar is a Colombian lawyer with more than six years of experience in research and coordination of projects related to climate justice, she has a Masters in Sustainability from the United Nations University (UNU-IAS) and the University of Tokyo. She has worked for civil society organizations such as the NGO Environment and Society, the United Nations Climate and Technology Center and Network, and Friends of the Earth U.S. in the S3F coalition. In April 2023, he joined the Climate Champions team as Manager of the Race to Resilience campaign, which aims to mobilize non-state actors to build the resilience of 4 billion people to climate risks.

Safety, Environment and Sustainability Manager of Unacem. He is an environmental engineer graduated from the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, with a master's degree in Energy Management from ESAN University. Erika Vargas is responsible for the philanthropic activities generated by the UPS Foundation, including the creation and implementation of initiatives in 17 countries. Among the causes she leads are humanitarian response programs, resilience and disaster risk reduction management, inclusion of women, youth and communities in need in the economic framework in a fair and equitable manner, as well as the protection of the planet. She leads the ARISE SME Working Group, building capacity and increasing the resilience of SMEs to
disasters.

Christoph is the founder and CEO of YAPU Solutions, which provides the world's first operating system for digital and localized Resilience Finance for the Most Vulnerable. Over the past 17 years, he has built a career around promoting scalable and inclusive climate and nature finance. He has held various positions in the area of SME, micro and smallholder finance with IPC/ProCredit Holding, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and ENGIE Mobisol, as well as advising financial institutions as an independent climate finance consultant for IDB Lab and UNEP, among others.

Catalina Macías Acuña is a Social Communicator specialized in Organizational Communication with a Master's Degree in Social Responsibility and Sustainable Leadership, with more than 15 years of experience in internal and external communication in several national and multinational organizations. She is currently Sustainability Manager at Nestlé de Colombia S.A. She also leads the company's Shared Value Creation strategies, from where social and environmental projects are developed with the purpose of creating value for the direct communities, society and reducing the impact on the environment.

José Monzón has more than 13 years of experience leading strategic studies and projects in mining and industrial companies in the Americas. He is a specialist in Hydrogen Technologies from the Catholic University of Chile and holds an MBA from ESADE. Barcelona. José has worked in Chile at Celulosa Arauco as Corporate Head of Strategy and Risks, at BCG as Project Manager for Mining, among others. Within ENGIE he has worked at ENGIE Impact as Director of Sustainable Solutions for Latin America, and is currently Commercial Manager at ENGIE Peru.

A sustainability professional, Lígia has been working for more than 15 years on structuring and implementing initiatives to integrate sustainability into business, with solid experience in climate change, sustainable value chains and sustainability indicators. She has worked in the private sector, academia and international organizations, and is currently part of the Science Based Targets (SBTi) initiative team, acting as regional leader for Latin America. Lígia is pursuing a Master's degree in Global Governance and International Policy Making (PUC-SP), a post-graduate degree in Sociology (FESP-SP) and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations (PUC-SP).

Santiago Nuñez Ramirez is a specialist in private sector engagement in the Climate Change Adaptation Unit of the United Nations Environment Program in the office for Latin America and the Caribbean. With more than 10 years of experience in projects of diverse nature such as climate change, gender equity, disaster risk management, anti-corruption strategies, public policies, and even sustainable transportation projects.

Olga Cantillo is Executive President of Latinex - Bolsa Latinoamericana de Valores, S.A. She has 33 years of professional experience in the financial sector in banking and securities markets and has assumed key responsibilities in investment and banking operations in both local and regional financial institutions.

Gustavo Guerra is co-founder of the Circular Sustainability Agency and director of the news portal País Circular, a pioneering initiative and leader in the promotion and dissemination of issues related to sustainability, climate change and circular economy. He has 15 years of experience in the public and private sector developing communication campaigns, developing new multimedia platforms and building corporate narratives.

Andrea Pradilla is the Director of GRI in Latin America where she promotes corporate sustainability, transparency and accountability using the GRI Standards. She is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Colombia, Specialist in International Business Law from the Universidad de los Andes and Master with Honors in International Relations and International Development from Georgetown University in the United States.

Gregor Clark specializes in researching global energy systems for Global Energy Monitor (GEM), an international non-profit organization based in the United States. He is currently developing the Energy Portal for Latin America, a new resource that makes all of GEM's data on energy infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean freely available.
