On September 30, Británico joined more than 110 organizations to participate in the Great Green Business Crusade of the Peruvian Ministry of the Environment. This initiative promotes and strengthens good environmental practices among citizens with respect to the conservation of natural resources.
With this positive outlook in mind, Británico called for volunteers from various districts of Metropolitan Lima to participate in a reforestation day that culminated with the planting of 300 trees between Molle Serrano and Tipa on the banks of the Lurín River in Cieneguilla, creating urban forests as well as green areas to house a variety of native flora and fauna.
Finally, Británico promotes the awareness and education of its students on environmental and social issues to contribute to its environmental strategy.
