Arca Continental Lindley: sustainability and innovation 2024
Arca Continental Lindleycorporate member of nexos+1, presented his Sustainability Report 2024The report shares the main advances in environmental, social and governance matters. This report highlights its focus on a sustainable business model that prioritizes the well-being of its employees, a responsible relationship with its stakeholders and a firm commitment to the environment.
During 2024, the company achieved important environmental advances such as a 4.4% reduction in water consumption per liter of beverage produced and the implementation of a quaternary industrial effluent treatment system at its Pucusana plant, which allows it to recover wastewater for reuse. In addition, 96% of the energy used at five of its six plants comes from renewable sources, and 39 electric trucks were acquired and will start operating in 2025 as part of its strategy to reduce emissions.
In social terms, we relaunched the employer brand "Discover what we can achieve together" based on pillars such as experience of success and an inspiring environment, reaching 22nd place in the MERCO Talent ranking. We also strengthened the "Destapando Mi Emprendimiento" (Uncovering My Entrepreneurship) program, which trained more than 200 women in neighboring communities, contributing to their economic and personal development.
Arca Continental Lindley reaffirms its commitment to continue promoting various investments and initiatives that will enable it to maintain sustainable management and a successful operation, with optimal results that strengthen its position in the market.
