Orygen receives the R3 Award for Sustainability and Productive Efficiency

Orygen announced that it has become the first company in the electricity sector in Peru to receive the prestigious R3 Sustainability and Productive Efficiency Award, granted by Nalco Water. This recognition highlights the savings of more than 926,000 m³ of water at its Ventanilla power plant, equivalent to 374 Olympic swimming pools.

Thanks to the implementation of state-of-the-art technology, the company has optimized its cooling processes, significantly reducing water and chemical consumption. This initiative reinforces the company's commitment to environmental sustainability and operational efficiency.
