Ferreycorp reaffirmed its commitment to sustainability through the Sustainable Suppliers Diploma.

Ferreycorp and its companies acquired renewable energy for the fourth consecutive year, equivalent to 77% of its national electricity consumption in 2023.

The agreement was signed with the Ministry of the Environment and is the first in the machinery sector in our country.

Patricia Gastalumendi, Ferreycorp's corporate finance manager, tells how the group achieved a tangible return on its ESG policies among banks and investors. She also highlights the emphasis placed on shielding its processes from acts of corruption.

Ferreyros, Unimaq and Orvisa, Caterpillar's representatives in Peru, have been showing a sustained reduction of their carbon footprint and, at the same time, offsetting their emissions through the protection of forests in the country via carbon credits.
