Between a 50% and a 70% from consumers are willing to pay more for a product or service that is more sustainable, depending on the industry and type of product. However, only 36% of the executives believe that customers are willing to pay more for zero-emission products. This is according to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in its analysis of the main results of the 2022 sustainability surveys of executives and consumers in Latin America.
