Responsible waste management is built on concrete actions. From this perspective, Ferreycorp promotes circular economy practices that aim to extend the useful life of equipment, make better use of materials, and reduce waste generation.
As part of this effort, Ferreycorp and its companies have been carrying out various initiatives:
- 188 refurbished machines, preventing the generation of more than 5,200 metric tons of scrap metal.
- More than 500 metric tons of end-of-life tires (ELTs) processed, under the special management and administration regime.
- More than 580 metric tons of new timber avoided as part of his tenure.
- 60.2% of its waste was recycled in 2025, in collaboration with recycling experts.
These actions reflect an environmental management approach focused on reduce impacts, make better use of resources, and keep materials and equipment in use for longer, strengthening the circular economy in the industry.
