In the framework of World Oceans Day, the port company DP World Peru reached 12 educational centers in Callao with awareness workshops on the care of the sea and its species. These workshops were also replicated in Paita for environmental brigadistas from 6 schools, in addition to a cleaning day at El Toril beach, where they collected more than 600 kg of garbage.
More than 120 volunteers from DP World Callao and DP World Logistics in Callao and Paita participated in the initiative. Thanks to their collaboration, they were able to reach more than 2,000 children, promoting the importance of caring for the oceans in their communities.
