Furthermore, approximately the\u00a0<strong>58% of these emissions in Lima come from the vehicle fleet (AAP)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Given this situation,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.toyotaperu.com.pe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.toyotaperu.com.pe\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1787697642061000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0ewoI7SEfpQ2YDwCx4k8mb\">Toyota del Peru<\/a>\u00a0is promoting its \"Multiple Technology Options\" approach<\/strong>, designed to offer various alternatives for reducing emissions and improving air quality, taking into account user needs and conditions in the Peruvian market:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Self-charging electric hybrids (HEV):<\/strong>\u00a0a concrete and immediate alternative for Peru, as it reduces emissions without relying on external charging infrastructure.<\/li><li><strong>Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs):<\/strong>\u00a0They combine electric range for everyday commutes with the flexibility of an internal combustion engine.<\/li><li><strong>100% electric vehicles (BEVs) and low-emission alternatives:<\/strong>\u00a0options that also include technologies such as CNG and ethanol.<\/li><\/ul><p>As part of this progress, Toyota recently introduced the\u00a0<strong>New RAV4 PHEV<\/strong>\u00a0to its portfolio in Peru.
