2025 was marked by actions with impact and sustainable vision. Under its strategy Our World, Our Future<\/strong>, DP World in Peru seeks to make sustainability not just an add-on, but part of the heart of the business.<\/p>

Throughout the year, the organization promoted initiatives aimed at developing its communities and promoting a culture focused on diversity, inclusion and environmental responsibility, always in line with its purpose of to create a business that develops lives.<\/strong><\/p>

In this section we present the main milestones that reflect how this purpose is translated into concrete results.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Digital Classrooms Program<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The program contributed to equipping I.E. 5003 Virgen de la Inmaculada Concepci\u00f3n with technological infrastructure to strengthen digital learning.<\/p>

Impact achieved<\/strong><\/p>

  • 7 digital classrooms<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • 1 computer room<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • 300 students benefited<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    *Since the beginning of the program until 2025, the following have been implemented 34 classrooms<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The program accompanies\u00a0150 students<\/strong>\u00a0in their personal and vocational development.<\/p>

    Results of the training process:<\/p>

    • Lack of clarity about what to do when school is over\u00a0decreased from 15 % to 6 %<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • The valuation of the\u00a0teamwork increased from 8 % to 28 %<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

    • The perception of the\u00a0importance of having a purpose for the future increased from 38 % to 72 %.<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      This initiative promotes the strengthening of the work of\u00a0artisanal fishermen<\/strong>.<\/p>

      Achievements<\/strong><\/p>

      • 111 artisanal fishermen<\/strong>\u00a0beneficiaries of\u00a04 partnerships<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

      • 75 fishermen<\/strong>\u00a0accompanied in their formalization process.<\/p><\/li>

      • 4 alliances<\/strong>\u00a0with fishermen's associations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        In addition, the program included:<\/p>

        • Delivery of equipment<\/strong>\u00a0to strengthen productive activities.<\/p><\/li>

        • Soft skills training workshops<\/strong>\u00a0aimed at association leaders.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          The initiative contributes to strengthening the capacities of 45 women leaders belonging to 15 community organizations.<\/p>

          • 100 % of the organizations<\/strong> now have adequate water storage systems.<\/li>
          • 2 strategic alliances<\/strong>\u00a0established with local institutions.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            This program promotes healthy eating habits\u00a0responsible driving<\/strong> between heavy haulage drivers and transport unions.<\/p>

            • 528 drivers sensitized<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li>

            • Increase in\u00a037 %<\/strong>\u00a0in the program's WhatsApp community.<\/p><\/li>

            • 10 recognized drivers<\/strong>\u00a0for good safe driving practices.<\/p><\/li>

            • 3 activations<\/strong>\u00a0awareness-raising campaigns on road safety.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                  The program promotes women's participation in the port and logistics sector through the training of women in the port and logistics sector. 29 women in operational roles<\/strong>.<\/p>

                  Results achieved:<\/p>

                  • +400 %<\/strong>\u00a0increase in\u00a0drivers<\/strong>\u00a0of internal transfer vehicles (ITV).<\/p><\/li>

                  • +250 %<\/strong>\u00a0increase in\u00a0operators<\/strong>\u00a0crane (RS) and forklift (FL).<\/p><\/li>

                  • +100 %<\/strong>\u00a0increase in\u00a0roles of inspectors, supervisors and coordinators<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    In addition, recruiting times in operational positions\u00a0were reduced by 50 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
