The analysis focuses on Argentina, Brazil and Peru<\/strong>, It is complemented with contextual results from Latin America and the Caribbean, highlighting success stories on the road to emissions neutrality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first edition to be published soon<\/strong> and focuses on the policy landscape necessary to enable the transition to a net-zero emissions state<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Focusing on Argentina, Brazil and Peru, the report analyzes the policy environment that incentivizes (or discourages) low-carbon investments in the following six sectors: energy, transport, buildings, industry, waste and agriculture, forestry and other land use (AFOLU). In addition, the report provides a general introduction to the global processes needed to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement, as well as a summary of the current status of the decarbonization process in Latin America and the Caribbean. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The report also discusses the main characteristics of the climate finance architecture<\/strong> in the region, including the sources of climate finance, their magnitude and the final use of the funds.
